Overview:
The Neurodiversity NPO is seeking Enrichment Program Facilitators to support the design, testing, and facilitation of innovative enrichment programs using Minecraft, Tabletop Role-Playing Games (TRPGs), and Fabrication Laboratories (FabLabs). This role is part of the Neurodiversity Oases initiative, which explores how structured play-based environments can support social communication, collaboration, emotional regulation, and creative problem-solving for neurodivergent learners.
The Minecraft Program Facilitator will help pilot new learning experiences and contribute insights that refine and improve the program over time, while being primarily responsible for ongoing facilitation of programs that are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with our approach to neurodivergent learners. Facilitators will also be invited to participate in interviews, surveys and observations by researchers who are documenting the effectiveness of the program approach and training process.
